1. General Use

• Our website and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

• By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders and workshop registrations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Pickup is available free of charge in the Manoa area of Honolulu.

• Delivery is available in and around Honolulu for a flat fee of $15.

• We do not deliver outside the Honolulu area at this time.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may not be refunded.

4. Cancellations & Refunds (Products)

• Because flowers are perishable and custom-prepared, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already prepared or delivered cannot be refunded.

• If there is an issue with your order (damaged flowers, missing items), please contact us within 24 hours.

5. Workshops

• Registration: Seats are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop may be eligible for a refund or credit (processing fees may apply).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

• No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.

• Minimum Participants: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, you will receive a full refund or be offered a credit for a future class.

• Substitutions: Flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability. Substitutions of similar style and color may be made without prior notice.

• Health & Safety: Participants agree to follow all safety instructions. We are not liable for injuries sustained due to non-compliance.

6. Product Availability

• Flower availability depends on seasonality and supply. Photos are for reference only.

• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of similar color and style if specific varieties are unavailable.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (images, text, designs, logos) is the property of Maison Shiki and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping delays).

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order or workshop.
